On the eve of the International Day of the Family, annually celebrated on May 15, a workshop for future newlyweds was held in the Kirov department of the Civil Registry Office of Kazan
The teacher-psychologist of the department of psychological and pedagogical assistance "Juventa" of MBU MP "Doverie" Yatsenko Marina Gennadievna held a meeting with the future newlyweds.
The interactive lesson allowed young couples to get to know each other better, to practice expressing their feelings. Future married couples showed creativity and took part in a master class: couples decorated mugs with thermal paints.
International Day of the Family has been celebrated on May 15 since 1993. This date was set by the decision of the UN General Assembly in order to draw the attention of the public of different countries to the numerous problems of the family. In the Russian Federation, the International Day of the Family has been celebrated since 1995. And 2008 was declared the Year of the Family by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation.
