Solemn presentation of passports to "I am a citizen of Russia" In Department the registry office of the Executive Committee of Zainsk municipal district in conjunction with the Office for children and youth, representatives of the office of the Federal migration service of Russia in Republic of Tatarstan Zainsk region under the youth-Patriotic action "I am a citizen of Russia" on 25 April held a solemn presentation of passports to young people of the city who has attained 14 years of age.
