Full-fledged citizens of their country
In the registry office of the Executive Committee of Zelenodolsk municipal district held a solemn presentation of passports to young citizens of the Russian Federation. The event was attended by parents of children, employees of UFMS of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan in Zelenodolsk district, representatives of Zelenodolsk local branch of the "Young guard of United Russia", veterans of the Ministry of internal Affairs.
The Deputy chief of Department the registry office of Ekaterina Romanova talked about why the passport handed it to the registry office. After all, it is here that records are kept of the birth of the perpetrators of this important event in their lives. Traditionally, before the presentation of the passport, the Anthem of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan was played. Then, in a solemn ceremony, Igor Groshev, head of the UFMS of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan in Zelenodolsk district, handed the first official document of a citizen of the Russian Federation to boys and girls. He congratulated children on the important event in their life, having noted that obtaining the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation grants the wide rights, but at the same time imposes big duties. It is everyone's duty to carry the honour and dignity of a Russian citizen through life.
The students were congratulated on such a significant event in their lives by their guests and parents, wishing them to become worthy citizens of their country and further success in any endeavor.
