On November 2, an important event took place in the Family Center "Kazan" - young citizens of the Russian Federation received their first passports. From this day the passport will accompany these children for the rest of their lives. In spite of the fact that they are still fourteen, they have the right to consider themselves to be adults, who are capable of much. It is in their hands the future of our country, its welfare and prosperity.

 

The Deputy Head of the Migration Department of the Police Department No. 11 “Voskhod” of the Interior Ministry Directorate for the city of Kazan, lieutenant-colonel of the police Rifat Uzbekovich Gibadullin came to hand over the passports.

 

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the youth organization "Young Guard of United Russia". It is the largest youth organization of the country. Regional offices of the "Young Guard" operate in many regions of the Russian Federation and unite about 170 thousand people. On behalf of the "young guards" the guys were congratulated by the assistant to the deputy of the Kazan City Duma, the deputy of the Kazan branch of the organization Elmir Faritovich Insapov.

 

The event was timed to coincide with an important event in the history of our country - the centenary of the formation of the registrar's offices in Russia. An excursion was made to one of the most unusual architectural structures of Kazan - the main Wedding Palace, the Family Center "Kazan". The tour started from the ground floor and continued on the third floor, and after the ceremony of getting passports, the staff of the Family Center invited the children to visit the ceremonial halls and told about the activities of the registry office.
